Next Report Health is a personalized health habits trainer app with educational assessments and starting plans for adults aged 18 and over. It is published by Next Report News and powered by Insider Health Today.
Educational resources
The assessment is not a medical examination, blood pressure reading, memory test, diagnosis, or treatment. It does not establish a clinician-patient relationship. Consult a qualified clinician about symptoms, medicines, or changes to your care. Seek emergency help if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.
The free assessment
No payment is required to complete the assessment or request the starting plan by email. The opt-in form explains the emails you are agreeing to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Plan-request choices
The email-plan and terms checkboxes are preselected and visible. Review them before submitting your plan request. Providing a mobile number or continuing through this form does not authorize SMS marketing. This form does not enroll you in marketing texts.
Optional membership
A paid app membership may be offered separately by Insider Health Today. Joining is optional. Review the price, renewal amount and schedule, cancellation instructions, and these membership terms before you agree to a purchase. Submitting this assessment does not enroll you in a paid subscription.
Membership access and billing
The membership is accessed online; nothing is shipped. The app can organize information you supply, prepare notes and editable documents, and keep observations. AI-assisted explanations and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. Review their wording and supporting sources before using or sharing them.
The selected subscription price is due when you confirm your purchase. There is no free trial. Your plan and secure checkout show the price, renewal amount and schedule before you confirm. Membership renews automatically until canceled. Cancel before your next renewal to avoid that renewal. In the app, use Account → Membership → Manage billing. You keep access until the end of a period you have already paid for.
The membership has a 30-day money-back guarantee from your first payment. Contact nextreportnews@gmail.com within that period to request a refund. The checkout also identifies the actual card-statement descriptor.
