Next Report Health is published by Next Report News and powered by Insider Health Today. This notice describes the assessment and opt-in on this website.
Your assessment
We send your answers and a session identifier securely to Insider Health Today, which stores them and prepares your plan. Your answers are not included in advertising pixels or conversion postbacks. Your progress is saved in this browser tab for up to 24 hours so you can return to the assessment; contact fields are not saved in browser storage.
Your opt-in
When you submit the plan-request form, Insider Health Today stores your name, email, mobile number, assessment session, and email consent record. The email-plan and terms checkboxes are preselected and visible on the form; review them before submitting. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email. This form does not request SMS marketing consent or enroll you in marketing texts. The provider records SMS consent as false and does not forward your mobile number to Maido for SMS marketing.
Campaign attribution
Campaign parameters and a RedTrack click identifier may be associated with your assessment session and a later purchase to measure campaign performance. Health answers and contact information are not sent to RedTrack.
The app provider
Membership, payments, email delivery, and the underlying health app are operated by Insider Health Today and covered by this privacy notice. Stripe processes payment details in the secure payment form; this website does not receive your complete card number.
Membership data and providers
The member app stores the intake, conversations, documents, observations, uploaded files, preferences and feedback you choose to save. It uses Vercel hosting, Neon database storage, Cloudflare R2 private file storage, Stripe billing and Resend email. Plan follow-up uses Maido. AI features process requested content through Vercel AI Gateway and the configured model provider, including selected intake details, document wording and images supplied for transcription. Uploaded originals remain in your account even when only a selected passage is used.
Privacy choices
In the app, Account → Privacy & data provides an archive download and account deletion request. Deletion removes app work and uploaded files and cancels an active subscription when completed; separate billing records may remain. You can remove individual activities, observations and files. Downloaded or shared copies remain outside the app. The member app does not run session replay or send its private work to advertising providers. Contact us for access or deletion requests.
